Panzerdivision Hitlerjugend is a massive hardcover book at over 400 pages focusing on the Panzer Regiment 12 in Normandy in 1944. This book is entirely in French, but the captions are very valuable and can be deciphered fairly easily. There are massive amounts of photos, most if not all of which have never been published. It tells the history of SS-Panzer-Regiment.1 ‘Leibstandarte’ during the battle of Normandy, under the command of SS-Obersturmbannführer Peiper. The book covers all combat areas of the SS-Panzer-Regiment 1 ‘LAH’: Hill 112 – Soliers (during Operation Goodwood) – Verrières – Tilly- la-Campagne – Saint-Barthélemy – Mortain – Rânes – Saint-Lambert and the Falaise Gap.  

This limited edition work is illustrated with almost 300 photos and documents from the collections of the crews of this famous Panzer-Regiment and private collections. Written in French; no English translation is available.
